About Me.

I currently find myself doing facilitation and healing labor at the estuary of psychotherapy, community organizing, and spiritual care. My work is deeply informed by my participation in intersectional liberation movements, as well as my theological and mental health training. I was raised in Central Pennsylvania (Susquehannock land) and currently reside on unceded Cherokee, Shawnee, and Yuchi land in Nashville, TN. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from Elizabethtown College and a Master’s degree in Theological Studies from Vanderbilt Divinity School. I also hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

My Values.

I keep a list of my personal-political values close at all times. My values root me back home to myself during times of transition, and remind me of how I want to show up in the world. Here are some of the values I aspire toward, in no particular order:

  • Transformative Justice, Liberation, & Abolition

  • Safety & Consent

  • Community, Friendship, Solidarity, & Belonging

  • Authenticity & Transparency

  • Accessibility & Hospitality

  • Vulnerability & Courage

  • Slowness, Spaciousness, & Gentleness

  • Rest & Abundance

  • Interconnection & Intersectionality

  • Trying & Risking

  • Embodiment & Expression

  • Creativity, Imagination, & Curiosity

  • Compassion, Kindness, & Generosity

  • Collaboration, Interdependence, & Teamwork

  • Spirituality, Mystery, & Wonder
